I’ve met some seniors at camp the last two weeks who are getting ready to head to college, and I’ve asked them what they plan to do to find a church or faith community when they get to college.  Several admitted they hadn’t given it much thought.  Do you remember your transition to college, or to work after high school, or to the military, or to whatever came after high school?  Was faith community a part of the thought process or conversation?  Perhaps the greatest gift we can give those who just graduated from college is an opportunity to think about connection to the church and living out their faith after high school.  Below are links to two Youthworker.com articles on college transition:
